This application is a private operations tool used solely by Madern Farms staff.
Your Google account email address (to identify you when you sign in) and the operational data you enter or the app records on the farm's behalf — inventory counts, fertilizer and spray logs, harvest records, task plans, and irrigation settings.
We do not sell, rent, share, or use your data for advertising. All operational data is stored in the farm's own Google Sheets workbook and the farm's own computers.
Sign-in is handled by Google. The app may send operational questions to AI model APIs (GLM, Claude, Gemini) to generate answers and proposals; only the farm data needed to answer a question is sent.
